The complaint alleges that Voters for Washington Children sponsored political advertising that included a link to a website called abondanbrandon.com, that is funded by the David Sawyer campaign, and that political advertising sponsored by Voters for Washington Children used imagery and language that is identical to that of David Sawyer campaign ads, making the PAC's ads over-limit in-kind contributions to the David Sawyer campaign, in violation of RCW 42.17A.405(2).
