Description
Alisha Benson is a first-time lobbyist in 2016. PDC staff alleged that Ms. Case failed to timely file the Monthly Lobbyist Expense report (L-2 report) for March of 2016, after receiving an L-2 warning letter for failing to file the 2016 February L-2 reports.
After receiving a Brief Enforcement hearing notice, Ms. Benson contacted PDC staff and filed an amended January 2016 L-2 report terminating her lobbyist registration effective January 31, 2016. Once the amended L-2 report was received, PDC staff closed the case administratively.
