Description

Michael Transue is a registered lobbyist that has been filing Monthly Lobbyist Expense report (L-2 report) with the PDC.  Mr. Transue failed to timely file the L-2 report for March of 2016, after receiving an L-2 warning letter for failing to timely file or file the 2016 January and February L-2 reports.  

Mr. Transue completed a Statement of Understanding (SOU) acknowledging a violation of RCW 42.17A.615 for failing to timely file the March 2016 L-2 report, and paid a $150 penalty in lieu of PDC staff conducting a brief enforcement hearing.
