Description
The complaint alleged that the National Rifle Association of America Political Victory Fund (NRA PVF) violated RCW 42.17A.250 by contributing to 2016 Legislative candidates for office in Washington State and to a caucus political committee without filing the Out of State Political Committee report (C-5 report).
The complaint further alleged that the NRA-PVF violated RVW 42.17A.265 by failing to disclose contributions of $1000 (in aggregate) to four Legislative candidates and a caucus political committee during the special reporting period preceding the August 9, 2016 primary election.
