Description

On November 17, 2020, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) notified Paul Eagle of an alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate.

PDC staff have reviewed this matter and found the following:

• You filed your F-1 on November 30, 2020

• Your Statement of Understanding and Payment were received in the PDC office on December 10, 2020.

Paul Eagle completed a Statement of Understanding (SOU) and paid a $100 civil penalty in accordance with WAC 390-37-143 (Brief Enforcement Penalty Schedule), acknowledging violations of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file Personal Financial Affairs Statement.
