Description

The complaint alleges that Larry Wasserman, Dennis McLerran (EPA Administrator), and Strategies 360 conducted a grassroots lobbying campaign and failed to register or report lobbying activities in violation of RCW 42.17A.640.


PDC staff completed an Investigative Review of the complaint and made a Report to the Commission at the February 23, 2017 Commission meeting.  The Investigative Review Memorandum (minus exhibits) has been posted as part of to the Case documents included on the PDC website.
