Description
The complaint alleges that Roslynne Reed, a candidate for Mason County Commissioner in 2016, accepted an over limit contribution of $500 from the Skokomish Tribe in violation of RCW 42.17A.405. The complaint was returned with no action after PDC staff determined that the Campaign did not exceed the contribution limits found in RCW 42.17A.405, but instead acknowledged making some filing errors, including the incorrect disclosure of a $500 contribution from Skokomish Tribe.
