Friends of Jimmy - Alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.335, .435, .442

The complaint alleges that (1) Friends of Jimmy, (2) Friends of Jimmy Too, and (3) the Manager of these two committees, Glen Morgan, violated multiple sections of RCW 42.17A.  The complaint alleged that Friends of Jimmy Too had not--according to its C-3 reports--received contributions of $10 or more from at least 10 registered voters when it contributed the bulk of the contributions it had received to Friends of Jimmy, an alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.442.  The complaint alleged that Glen Morgan, the Manager of the two committees, concealed the true source of the contributions used by Friends of Jimmy to make two Robo calls opposing Jim Cooper, a candidate for Thurston County Commissioner, an alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.435.  The complaint alleged that Glen Morgan and Friends of Jimmy falsely implied that the Thurston County Democrats endorsed Mr. Morgan's and Friends of Jimmy's opposition of Jim Cooper, an alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.335.
