At the July 15, 2021, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer assessed a total civil
penalty of $500, of which $250 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-143. The $250
non-suspended penalty is payable within 30 days of the date of this Order.
This matter was also heard at an October 12, 2021 Special Commission Meeting, where the Commission granted the Respondent's request for Reconsideration and modified the penalty as follows: A total civil penalty of $500 was assessed, with $400 suspended, if the non-suspended $100 is paid within 30 days of the Final Order, which is dated 11/8/21.
