This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file the annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement for calendar year 2020 that was due no later than April 15, 2021.
At the January 27, 2022 full Enforcement hearing, the Commission found a violation of .700 and assessed a total civil penalty of $1,500, of which $750 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-143, if the $750 non-suspended penalty is paid within 30 days of the date of the Order.
