Allegation: Violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file the annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement CY 2020
At a July 15, 2021 brief adjudicative proceeding (brief enforcement hearing), the Presiding Officer found that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely file an F-1 report covering 2020 activity that was required to be filed no later than April 15, 2021. A $150 penalty was assessed, of which $100 was suspended if the non-suspended $50 is paid within 30 days of the Order entered on 8/12/21. The F-1 report was filed on 7/7/21.
