Description

The complaint alleges that Richard Muri, candidate for House in the 28th LD, failed to include party preference on campaign mailers in violation of RCW 42.17A.320.


On May 18, 2017, Richard Muri submitted a completed Statement of Understanding acknowledging a violation of RCW 42.17A.320 for failing to include his party preference on a campaign mailer sponsored by his 2016 re-election campaign, and he paid a $150 penalty in lieu of having a Brief Enforcement hearing held.
