Description
At an August 12, 2021 brief enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found a violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), covering the prior twelve months, within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021. A penalty of $250 was assessed, with $150 suspended if the F-1 report is filed and the non-suspended $100 penalty is paid within 30 days of the September 13, 2021 Order.
