Description
At an August 12, 2021 brief enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021. The Commission assessed a $250 penalty, with $125 suspended if the non-suspended portion is paid and F-1 report is filed within 30 days.
Per the Respondent's request, the Commission reconsidered this case on October 28, 2021 and modified the penalty as follows: $250, with $250 suspended, if the F-1 report is filed within 30 days of the Order.
