Description
At an August 12, 2021 brief enforcement hearing, the Respondent was found t have violated RCW 42.17A.205 & .700 for failure to timely file a Campaign Registration (C-1 report) & Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021. The penalty assessed was $500, of which $200 was suspended.
On December 22, 2021, the Presiding Officer VACATED the original Order.
