Description

At the August 12, 2021, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer assessed a total civil penalty of 
$500, of which $200 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-143. The $300 non-suspended 
penalty is payable within 30 days of the date of this Order. 
The $300 non-suspended penalty is payable no later than October 13, 2021.

This matter was also heard at an October 12, 2021 Special Commission Meeting, where the Commission modified the penalty as follows: A total civil penalty of $500 was assessed, with $400 suspended, if the non-suspended $100 is paid within 30 days of the 11/8/21 Final Order.
