Description
At a August 12, 2021, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found a violation of .205 & .700, and assessed a total civil penalty of $500, of which $200 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-143, and payable within 30 days.
Per the Respondent's request, this case was scheduled for a 1/27/22 Reconsideration Hearing. At the 1/27/22 hearing, the Commission reconsidered the Initial Order and assessed a $500 penalty with none suspended.
