At an August 12, 2021 Brief Enforcement Hearing, the Respondent was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to timely file a Campaign Registration (C-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021. The Presiding Officer assessed a civil penalty of $150 with $50 suspended if non-suspended $100 is paid within 30 days of the Order.
