Description

Four separate complaints were filed alleging that Marcus Boldt, a candidate for Clark County Council in 2015, sponsored political advertising in the form of yard signs that contained an alleged false claim of endorsement from “Republicans of Clark County” that supported his candidacy.  (RCW 42.17A.320)
