Description
PDC Executive Director filed a PDC staff generated complaint against the King County Democratic Central Committee, a county political party organization registered with the PDC, alleging violations of: (1) RCW 42.17A.235, and .240 by failing to timely file contribution and expenditure reports (C-3 and C-4 reports) during the 2016 election; and (2) RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to timely file an amended Committee Registration (C-1pc report) within two weeks of the change, disclosing a material change concerning the Treasurer.
