Final day (60 days before an election in which committee participates) to amend committee registration if a committee has received 80 percent or more of its contributions from a person, a person's members, officers, employees, or shareholders, or a person who collects contributions for the committee by use of payroll deductions or dues from its members, officers, or employees.
