Concerning allegations that the political committee Clear Ballot Choices (Pacific International Terminals LLC) violated RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to disclose, on the committee’s statement of organization, the name, address, and title of its officers or responsible leaders; and violated RCW 42.17A.220 by allowing monetary contributions to be deposited in the committee’s campaign depository by a person other than a registered treasurer or deputy treasurer.
