2018 Lobbyist Employers
PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that lobbyist employers that employed one or more lobbyists in 2018 violated RCW 42.17A.630 by failing to file or timely file an annual Employer’s Lobbying Expenses report (L-3 report) disclosing lobbying activity in calendar year 2018 that was due February 28, 2019.
