Jennifer Tyler, a 2018 candidate for Chelan County Sheriff, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.220 for accepting and retaining over-limit contributions, and RCW 42.17A.235 by failing to file a post-General Election C-4 report.

The PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that candidates violated RCW 42.17A.205 and .710 by failing to file or timely file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) and/or Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate

Omari Tahir-Garrett, a 2020 candidate for Washington State Governor, is alleged to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report), and RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), both due within two weeks of becoming a candidate, or not later than June 1, 2020.
