Reconsideration:

On September 24, 2018, Ashley Stubbs, a former Professional Staff for The Washington State House of Representatives, was found in violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failing to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 16, 2018, disclosing financial activities for calendar year 2017. At that hearing, a $250 penalty was assessed, which Ashley Stubbs requests be reconsidered by the full Public Disclosure Commission.

On September 24, 2018, Logan Livingston, a former City Councilmember for the City of Hoquiam, was found in violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failing to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) due no later than April 16, 2018, disclosing financial activities for calendar year 2017. At that hearing, a $1,000 penalty was assessed, which Logan Livingston requests be reconsidered by the full Public Disclosure Commission.

The Commission may deliberate in closed session on any enforcement matter on this agenda, or any matters listed in RCW 42.30.140.
