Discussion of matters allowed in executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110, including but not limited to, discussion of enforcement matters and pending and potential litigation with legal counsel, and review of performance of public employees. Possible action regarding pending litigation, or other matters properly discussed during executive session, will be taken following the executive session.

  • PDC Case 76881 –  Michelle Jasmer, a 2020 candidate seeking election to the office of Lieutenant Governor, was found to have violated RCW 42.1A.205 and .700 by failing to file a Candidate Registration and Personal Financial Affairs Statement within two weeks of declaring her candidacy or no later than June 1, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on October 21, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $500. The respondent is requesting a reconsideration of the Order by the Full Commission.  
  • PDC Case 76878 – Dana Kinsey, 2020 candidate for County Charter Review Commissioner of San Juan County, was found to have violated RCW 42.1A.205 and .700 by failing to file a Candidate Registration and Personal Financial Affairs Statement within two weeks of declaring her candidacy or no later than June 1, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on October 21, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $500. The respondent is requesting a reconsideration of the Order by the Full Commission.
