  • PDC Case 76881 – Michelle Jasmer, a 2020 candidate seeking election to the office of Lieutenant Governor, was found to have violated RCW 42.1A.205 and .700 by failing to file a Candidate Registration and Personal Financial Affairs Statement within two weeks of declaring her candidacy or no later than June 1, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on October 21, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $500. The respondent is requesting a reconsideration of the Order by the Full Commission.
  • PDC Case 76878 – Dana Kinsey, 2020 candidate for County Charter Review Commissioner of San Juan County, was found to have violated RCW 42.1A.205 and .700 by failing to file a Candidate Registration and Personal Financial Affairs Statement within two weeks of declaring her candidacy or no later than June 1, 2020, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on October 21, 2020, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $500.
