Resolved: C-3 and C-4 filing outage

UPDATE: 

The outage was resolved at approximately 9:45 a.m. C-3 reports that were due during the time of the outage will not be considered late if filed Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Original Message: 

The PDC is experiencing server problems that prevent filing C-3 and C-4 reports. We are investigating and will update here as soon as we know more.
