Allegation One: Violations of RCW 42.17A.205 for failing to register She's Not My Martyr as a political committee

Allegation Two: Violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failing to report contributions and expenditures for She's Not My Martyr as a political committee 

Allegation Three: Violations of RCW 42.17A.320 for failing to include Sponsor ID on She's Not My Martyr website

Allegation Four: Violations of RCW 42.17A.305 for failing to report Electioneering Communications on C-6 Report for She's Not My Martyr 

The PDC dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1) and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the allegations or taking further enforcement action in this matter. However, pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), PDC staff issued a formal warning concerning the Respondent’s failure to include Sponsor Identification in accordance with RCW 42.17A.320 on her “She’s Not My Martyr” website and her failure to report on PDC form C-6 “independent expenditures” as defined in RCW 42.17A.255.  Staff expects the Respondent to include sponsor identification in accordance with RCW 42.17A.320 on all future political advertising and to properly report all future election activity, including “independent expenditures” as defined in RCW 42.17A.255.  The Commission will consider this formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.
