Description

This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) for calendar year 2021.

At the July 28, 2022 Enforcement hearing, the Commission found a violation of .700 and assessed a total civil penalty of $500, of which $100 is suspended in accordance with WAC 390-37-182, if the conditions of the Order are met within 30 days.
