Description

This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.710 for failure to accurately disclose spouse’s occupations, employers & employers' addresses, and compensation for calendar year 2023 on an F-1 report.

PDC staff reviewed the allegations and evidence submitted; the applicable statutes, rules, and reporting requirements; the response provided by MaryAlice Wallis (the “Respondent”); the applicable PDC reports filed by the Respondent; and other relevant information to determine whether the record supports a finding of one or more violations.

Based on the attached findings, staff has determined that, in this instance, failure to include spouse’s employment information on the annual F-1 report covering 2023 prior to being timely amended does not amount to a violation that warrants further investigation.

PDC staff reminded MaryAlice Wallis about the importance of disclosing all required information on the Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report), including her spouse’s occupation, employer, and compensation, in accordance with PDC laws, rules and guidelines.
