On September 16, 2024, PDC staff received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter failed to timely file the statutory contribution and expenditure reports in the 2024 election cycle.
Staff found that the Respondent failed to timely file the 21-day, 7-day and the post-primary election C-4 reports and issued a formal written warning letter.
Based on above, the PDC noted that no further action was warranted and dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
