Description

Based on the facts set forth above, the Respondent agrees that the monetary contributions and
in-kind contributions received from Fuse Votes, Fuse Washington and Washington
Conservation Voters exceeded the contribution limits for a recall campaign established under
RCW 42.17A.405(14) and WAC 390-05-400 by a total of $5,863.09.

The Commission agrees to defer enforcement of the Committee’s violations of RCW
42.17A.405(14) and WAC 390-05-400 upon adherence to the following conditions:

By March 31, 2026, the Respondent agrees to repay each contributor any amount
they contributed in excess of the $1,200 permitted by WAC 390-05-400 and
provide proof of such payments to the satisfaction of Public Disclosure
Commission Staff.
