Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaints filed by Conner Edwards on October 4, 2024, and November 8, 2024. The complaints alleged violations of: RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file expenditure reports.

RCW 42.17A.240 requires committees to file accurate campaign finance reports with the Public Disclosure Commission
Background & Findings
The complaint alleged failure to timely file 21-day and 7-day C-4 (expenditure) Reports and inaccurate carry-forward amounts over several calendar years.
The Respondent was not subject to 21-day and 7-day reporting because it did not participate in the 2024 election.
The Respondent timely filed a monthly report for July 2024.
Once contacted, the Respondent corrected the carry-forward amounts, the discrepancy being largely attributed to a technical error dating from early 2023.
The Respondent does not have previous warnings/violations of PDC requirements.
