PDC staff reviewed the allegations and evidence you submitted; the applicable statutes, rules, and reporting requirements; the applicable PDC reports; and other relevant information to determine whether the record supports a finding of one or more violations.
Based on staff’s review, we found the following:
The complaint alleged a lack of required detail on C-4 (expenditure) Reports.
Once contacted, the campaign updated their report to include the vendor involved in the in-kind contribution and quantities of political adverting.
21st Legislative Democrats Victory Fund had minimal electoral activity in 2024, and any failure to disclose vendor information was isolated.
PDC staff determined 21st Legislative Democrats Victory Fund made a minor or ministerial error, which did not materially impact the public interest but needed to be corrected for the report to be in full compliance with the requirements of the chapter.
