Description

On December 12, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging violations of RCW 42.17A.710 by failing to timely and accurately disclose a business entity owned by the Respondent in this matter on the F-1 report. 

The staff's review found that the Respondent in this matter failed to list/disclose a business entity in which the Respondent serves as an officer (Governor) on the F-1 report filed with the PDC on September 18, 2023.  

Based on this determination and action by the PDC, staff determined that no other action was required and dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
