On January 4, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter may have violated RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) within two weeks of announcing candidacy for the 2026 election year.
Staff's review found that the Respondent failed to file a candidate registration within two weeks as required by the statute and issued a formal written warning letter.
Based on this information, PDC staff dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
