Description
On January 6, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging violations of RCW 42.17A.345 by failing to timely provide complete commercial advertiser books of account upon request.
The staff's review found that the Respondent in this matter failed to timely provide/allow inspection of the books of account as required by the statutory scheme and issued a reminder.
Based on this determination and action by the PDC, staff determined that no other action was required and dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
