Description

• The Respondent filed their 21-day pre-general C-4 report timely, but this C-4 failed to disclose $6,000 in campaign contributions made to candidates, until the report was amended on December 27, 2024.
• $6,000 represented less than 6% of the Respondent’s expenditures for calendar year 2024.
• The Respondent has no prior violations relating to this violation.

Summary and Resolution

Pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), you are receiving a formal written warning concerning failure to timely disclose all contribution and expenditures. PDC staff expects you to timely file any and all future required reports of contributions and expenditures. The Commission will consider the formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.

Any allegations regarding reporting by you for calendar year 2024 that are not otherwise addressed are hereby dismissed. You are required to comply with all PDC requirements in the future, and failure to do so could lead to enforcement action.
