Lunch and Learn: RCW 42.17.555 and prohibitions on use of public facilities to benefit campaigns

Join Public Disclosure Commission staff for lunch in a series of short sessions designed to help campaigns, particularly first-timers and volunteer treasurers, understand their disclosure requirements during the 2025 election cycle.

The fourth 45-minute “lunch and learn” session, scheduled for 12 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, offers information on RCW 42.17A.555, which prohibits the use of public facilities in campaigns.

The presentation portion of these lunchtime learning sessions will take 10-20 minutes, with the rest open for questions and discussion with knowledgeable PDC staff.
