PDC case 157884: Staff alleges TikTok, a social media platform that allows users to create, edit and share short videos, owned by ByteDance (a technology company), violated RCW 42.17A.345 and WAC 390-18-050 by failing to provide inspection of its commercial advertiser books of account.  

• Allegation #1: Alleged failure to maintain commercial advertising records, as required by RCW 42.17A.345(1) and WAC 390-18-050(3).
