PDC staff alleges that Marwan Cameron, a candidate for public office in 2023 and 2025, violated RCW 42.17A.235, RCW 42.17A.240, and WAC 390-16-037 by failing to timely and accurately file Receipts & Expenditure Summary (C-4) reports and by failing to provide sufficiently detailed expenditure descriptions for political advertising and sub-vendor detail for in-kind contributions during the 2023 and 2025 elections as required for candidates registered under the “Full Reporting” option; and for a violation of RCW 42.17A.320 by failing to provide complete sponsor identification on political advertising in the 2025 election.

PDC staff allege that Niko Battle, a candidate for Everett City Council in the 2025 election, violated RCW 42.17A.235, .240, .405, WAC 390-16-043 and 17-300 by failing to timely and accurately file C-3 and C-4 reports, failure to provide campaign books upon request and spending general funds for the primary and not returning contributions when not on the general ballot.
PDC staff allege that Debra Lester, a candidate for Kitsap PUD 1 Public Utility Commissioner in the 2022 election, violated RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately report contributions and expenditures.

PDC staff allege that Harneet Grewal, a candidate for Kent City Council in the 2025 election, violated RCW 29B.25.090 and RCW 29B.25.100 (formerly RCW 42.17A.235 and .240) by failing to timely and accurately file C-3 and C-4 reports disclosing contributions and expenditures for election year 2025.
PDC staff allege that Stefanie LeJeunesse, a candidate for Mount Vernon City Council in the 2025 election, violated RCW 29B.25.090 and RCW 29B.25.100 (formerly RCW 42.17A.235 and .240) by failing to timely and accurately file C-3 and C-4 reports disclosing contributions and expenditures; and RCW 29B.30.050 (formerly RCW 42.17A.320) for failure to provide full sponsor identification on political advertising, for election year 2025.
PDC staff allege that Clinton Taylor, a candidate for Auburn City Council in the 2023 election, violated RCW 29B.25.090 and RCW 29B.25.100 (formerly RCW 42.17A.235 and .240) by failing to timely and accurately file C-3 and C-4 reports disclosing contributions and expenditures for election year 2023.
