Members of the public may watch/participate remotely. The PDC Commission meeting room will be open for the public to attend the meeting, Commission room, at 711 Capitol Way S. #206, Olympia 98504.

PDC Case 183935 Trish Huddleston: At the January 29, 2026, Brief Adjudicative Proceeding (BAP Hearing), the Respondent was found in violation of RCW 29B.25.090 for failure to timely file one or more mandatory Expenditure and Summary Reports (C-4). The Respondent was assessed a penalty of $150, with $50 suspended, which they now ask the Commission to reconsider.
