PDC Case 178136 Niko Battle
PDC staff alleges that Niko Battle, a candidate for Everett City Council in the 2025 election, violated RCW 42.17A.235, .240, .405, WAC 390-16-043 and WAC 390-17-300 by failing to timely and accurately file C-3 and C-4 reports, failure to provide campaign books upon request, spending general funds for the primary and not returning contributions when not on the general ballot.

PDC staff alleges that Chinmay Nagarkar, a 2025 candidate for School Director in Issaquah School District 411, violated RCW 42.17A.235, .240 and WAC 390-16-125 by failing to stay within limits before and during the pendency of his application from the “Mini Reporting” to the “Full Reporting” option, and failing to timely file Cash Receipts Monetary Contribution (C-3) and Summary, Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports.
