PDC Case 154360: PDC staff alleges that Jean Craciun, a 2023 candidate for City Council Member for City of Seattle, violated RCW 29B.40.130 (formerly RCW 42.17A.445) by expending campaign contributions for personal use.

PDC Case 179659: PDC staff alleges that Lisa Stirgus, a candidate in 2023 and 2025 seeking the office of City Council Member in the City of Auburn, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file Summary, Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports, as required for candidates registered under the Full Reporting option; WAC 390-16-037 by failing to accurately disclose sub-vendor details for in-kind contributions; and RCW 42.17A.320 by failing to provide complete sponsor identification on political advertisements.
