PDC staff alleges that First Legislative District Democrats (The Committee), violated RCW 42.17A.235, .240, .255, and .260 by not timely or accurately file one or more reports with the Public Disclosure Commission.

PDC Case 166612 Glenn Dobbs

PDC staff alleges Glenn Dobbs violated RCW 42.17A.255 by failing to file an Independent Expenditure (C-6) report with the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) within five days after the date of making an independent expenditure supporting a ballot proposition and RCW 42.17A.320 by failing to include a sponsor’s name and address on political advertising.
