PDC staff alleges that Political Destiney, an ongoing political action committee registered with the PDC, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file Cash Receipts Monetary Contribution (C-3) and Summary, Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports during the 2025 election cycle.


PDC Case 175936 Vote Yes Kitsap Library
PDC staff alleges that Vote Yes Kitsap Library, a Ballot Committee registered with the PDC in the 2025 election year, violated RCW 42.17A.235, .240 and WAC 390-16-043 by failing to timely and accurately file Cash Receipts Monetary Contribution (C-3) and Summary, Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports and make the committee’s books of account available for public inspection upon request during the 2025 election cycle. election cycle.
