- Comply with Washington State's campaign finance laws,
- Install the ORCA software,
- Create a campaign,
- Enter campaign transactions,
- Generate contribution and expenditure reports,
- Electronically file reports,
- Back up and restore campaign data,
- Correct data and amend reports, and
- Import and export campaign contacts.
