This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.630 for failure to timely file the Lobbyist Employer's Annual Report (L3 report) for calendar year 2021.
At a May 19, 2022 Brief Enforcement Hearing, the Presiding Officer found a violation of .630 and assessed a $300 penalty, of which $150 is suspended if the conditions of the Order are met. The L-3 report is also due within 30 days.
