Description

Frank Chopp, Speaker of the House of Representatives and a State Representative from the 43rd Legislative District, is alleged to have committed multiple violations of RCW 42.17A by: (1) failing to list himself as an officer on the Campaign Registration (C-1 report); (2) receiving contributions from a contributor that exceeded contribution limits; (3) failing to disclose the Occupation and Employer information for one individual that made a contribution of more than $100; (4) making expenditures from the surplus funds account to a non-registered charitable organization; (5) making reimbursements to the candidate for campaign related expenses without proper details.
