Description

The complaint alleges that Jim Cooper, candidate for Thurston County council committed multiple violations of RCW 42.17A. Please see the attached complaint for additional details.


This complaint (and 10 other complaints filed against Mr. Cooper) was filed with the PDC and the Attorney General's Office as a Citizen Action Notice (CAN).   The AGO and the complainant have both filed lawsuits against Mr. Cooper concerning many of the same allegations listed in the 11 complaints.

 

Therefore, PDC staff is closing administratively the remaining six complaints you filed against Jim Cooper as noted in this letter, without taking any action, completing our review, or pursuing enforcement action.
